Construction and Technology

The DCV6000E is built with a heavy-duty hardened steel housing designed to withstand deformation and minimize vibration. At the core of the system is a dynamically balanced metal impeller, reducing noise while ensuring stable operation under high airflow conditions. The large-surface polyester filter cartridges effectively capture dust particles as small as 5 microns. An optional HEPA filtration system is available for applications requiring the highest air quality standards.

Performance and Efficiency

Powered by a 3.8 kW (S1) motor operating at 3,000 rpm, the DCV6000E achieves an air intake velocity of 28–32 m/s. This enables efficient dust extraction for multi-machine woodworking lines and automated production systems, regardless of workload intensity. The unit is designed for continuous-duty operation, maintaining stable performance throughout extended production cycles.
