Crown Marmite de cuisson vapeur DL-20

The Crown DL-20 steam-jacketed cooking pot is designed to ensure uniform cooking of a wide variety of food products in food processing facilities. Thanks to its steam jacket, it distributes heat evenly over the entire surface of the pot. As such, it is perfectly suited for cooking sauces, soups, prepared dishes, vegetables, meat preparations, catering products, and other recipes requiring precise temperature control.

Its hemispherical bottom promotes excellent thermal circulation while limiting hot spots. Furthermore, its food-grade stainless steel pot offers high resistance to intensive use. Consequently, manufacturers achieve uniform cooking, improve the quality of finished products, and reduce the risk of sticking.

Moreover, this steam-jacketed pot has a robust construction mounted on three stainless steel legs, which facilitates its integration into an industrial kitchen or a food processing production line. In addition, its steam-operated system allows for gentle, rapid cooking, making it particularly suitable for productions requiring excellent temperature control.

Finally, this Crown DL-20 cooking pot is reconditioned by Europ'Équipement. Each piece of equipment is inspected, cleaned, checked, and tested before being sold, in order to offer a reliable, economical, and sustainable solution for food industry professionals.
