DART Datenerfassung

The RJG eDART® is a process monitoring and process control system for plastic injection molding machines. It captures machine, mold cavity pressure, and temperature signals, among others. This allows the injection molding process to be monitored, process variations to be detected, and defective parts to be automatically sorted out.

The core eDART unit is the process controller, or the system's base hardware. Various RJG-Lynx sensors and input/output modules can be connected to it.

Notably, RJG continues to support eDART software versions 9 and 10 and provides manuals for these versions. There are various expansion levels available, such as flx, conx, and apex, ranging from part monitoring to more extensive process control.
