----Feed hopper & pre-screening: Hydraulically folding hopper: A 6.5 m³ feed hopper with lockable rear and side walls. The hopper walls can be quickly lowered for transport.
* Vibratory feeder (vibrating trough): A robust heavy-duty trough ensures uniform material feed into the crusher.
* Grizzly pre-screen: An integrated screen separates fine particles and sand before the crushing chamber, minimizing wear on the crushing jaws and increasing throughput.
----Crushing unit: High-performance jaw crusher: A generous inlet opening of 1,200 x 750 mm.
* Hydraulic drive: The crusher is hydraulically driven, allowing for trouble-free starting under load and a reverse crushing function to clear blockages in a material-friendly manner.
* Wedge gap adjustment: The stepless hydraulic adjustment of the CSS (closed-side setting) allows for quick adaptation to the desired final grain size.
----Conveyor systems & material separation: Main discharge belt: An extra-long, 1,000 mm wide conveyor belt with a high discharge height. It can be hydraulically lowered for maintenance or transport.
* Side discharge belt (bypass): A folding conveyor belt transports the pre-screened fine material (e.g. soil/sand) to the side.
* Overband magnet: A powerful permanent magnet above the main belt automatically removes reinforcing steel, bolts and metals from the crushed construction debris.
----Drive & control: Diesel engine: A Caterpillar C-9 diesel engine with 261 kW (355 hp) provides the hydraulic main drive.
* Central control panel: Monitors all important machine parameters (oil pressure, engine temperature, belt speeds) and enables control of the core functions.
* Remote control: Allows the excavator or wheel loader operator to control the plant directly from the cab (e.g. start/stop the vibratory feeder).
----Maintenance & mobility: SKF central lubrication system: Automatically lubricates the main bearings of the crusher during operation, drastically reducing manual maintenance effort.
