The container scale from WeDi GmbH is used to determine the fill level of roll-off containers. It consists of 2 drive-on ramps, each measuring 1000 mm x 400 mm x 160 mm, made of 10 mm thick steel plates, including end stops with reinforcing plates and struts, as well as a lateral centering rail and mounting holes. 1 weighing beam, 100 mm x 100 mm, length 2,300 mm, designed as a U-profile, 10 mm thick, with holes for mounting the load cells. 1 weighing beam, 100 mm x 100 mm x 1,400 mm long, designed as a U-profile, 10 mm thick, with holes for mounting the load cells, including a support plate made of 10 mm steel, reinforcing plates made of 10 mm steel plates, and 20 mm x 20 mm square steel for lateral guidance of the weighing beam.
For weight measurement, 1 load cell kit BKSB 15000 with a weighing range of 15,000 kg and a readability of 2 kg is used, consisting of 4 x K30S 5000 load cells with spacer plates, 4 load feet, 1 JBB-04 junction and trimming box, and 10 m weighing cable for the display electronics.

A BWI weighing electronics unit serves as the weighing electronics, featuring an illuminated 50 mm large display, dimensions 250 x 160 x 60 mm. It is housed in a high-quality, flat plastic case and offers user-friendly operation. Basic functions: tare, zero, gross/net. After assembly, the container scale is programmed to zero = empty Kat 3 container tare weight. The power supply is 220 volts.
