Oy Foudila Ab is a company, in Kaskinen, Finland with over 45 years of experience in equipment for timber handling. For the past 15 years, we have also been active in pallet industry and have developed a lot of machines over the years for nailing, automatic timber feeding and stacking. We manufacture both standard machines and customized solutions for the customer's purposes as stand-alone machines or machine lines.

LNM-355 is a flexible, compact and very efficient pneumatic nailing machine for manufacturing legs for pallet production. User-friendly program, which means the changeover takes place very quickly and the machine can save settings for over 100 different legs. Five pneumatic nail guns with magazines for jumbo coils equipped with nail indicators. Possible to produce legs with 2-5 blocks/leg. Possible to nail 1-9 nail in each nail pattern. Equipped with large cassette for boards. Protective cover for sound attenuation and for a safe function. The machine is controlled from a 10" touch screen. Beckhoff control system. Manual or automatic adjustment for block positions. Big buffer for finished legs.

The machine can be equipped with an optimized block cutter, automatic block feeding, automatic board feeding and automatic leg stacking.
