FRATELLI INDELICATO POLYCITRUS EXTRACTOR

FRATELLI INDELICATO POLICITRUS ZX 2

POLYCITRUS FRATELLI INDELICATO ZX2 Industrial Extractor – Stainless Steel

POLYCITRUS FRATELLI INDELICATO ZX2 industrial extractor, designed for the continuous extraction and separation of juice and pulp in the industrial processing of citrus fruits and other compatible fruits.

The equipment features a large upper feed hopper and a horizontal processing chamber, where the product undergoes a mechanical action that allows for the extraction of the usable fraction and its separation from peels, seeds, fibers, and other solid residues, depending on the product and the installed configuration.

Its construction, primarily in stainless steel, and its robust design allow it to be incorporated into industrial lines for the production of juices, pulps, and fruit derivatives.

MAIN FEATURES

-Manufacturer: FRATELLI INDELICATO
-Designation: POLYCITRUS
-Model: ZX2
-Type: Industrial fruit / citrus extractor
-Continuous operation
-Upper feed hopper
-Horizontal extraction chamber
-Mechanical extraction and separation system
-Separation of liquid / pulpy fraction and solid residues

-Construction primarily in stainless steel
-Enclosure of the moving elements
-Robust industrial structure
-Access to the processing chamber for cleaning and maintenance
-Suitable for integration into fruit processing lines

PROCESS

The fruit or raw material, previously prepared, is fed through the upper hopper and passes into the extraction chamber.

Inside, the mechanical system exerts the necessary action to break, press, and/or separate the product, allowing the recovery of juice, pulp, or a combination of both, depending on the product being processed and the internal elements installed.

During the process, undesired fractions, such as peels, seeds, and fibrous material, are separated and evacuated independently of the usable product.

The resulting product can then be sent to:

Refiners / finishers
Screens
Buffer tanks
Centrifuges
Homogenizers
Pasteurizers
Sterilizers
Knsdpfezxwyvex Aa Uec
Evaporators / concentrators
Aseptic tanks
Filling lines

APPLICATIONS

Particularly suitable for fruit processing industries, juice, pulp, fruit base, and citrus derivative manufacturers.

Depending on the installed extraction elements and the prior preparation of the raw material, it can be used in different extraction, separation, and recovery processes for the usable fraction of the fruit.

The POLYCITRUS FRATELLI INDELICATO ZX2 provides a robust solution for incorporating a continuous mechanical extraction stage into industrial fruit processing lines.
