GKM Siebtechnik GmbH KTS 2600/DS

A nearly new GKM KTS 2600 DS with less than 500 operating hours. This is a tumbling screen machine with a patented adjustment for the three-dimensional movement, allowing the dwell time for each product on the screens to be individually adjusted. The main shaft is driven by an electric motor and V-belt.

• Inlet DN 300, outlet DN 300, stainless steel
• Screen lifter for easy removal
• Approximately 4000 silicon balls for screen cleaning for difficult materials

• ATEX EXII-/3D Ex h IIIB T155°C design – Zone 20 inside, Zone 22 outside
• Outlets are individually adjustable and adaptable
• Installed screen sizes: 2 mm, 1 mm, 0.56 mm, 0.4 mm, 0.32 mm
• Spare screens: 0.63 mm, 0.71 mm, 1.5 mm

The machine was in operation at an R&D center in Israel. As the company now operates a production facility in Europe, the R&D center will be closed. The machines will be transported to Europe at the owner’s expense and can be delivered EXW at a port or at the production facility in Europe.
