Scope of renovation work:

1. Cleaning the machine bodies and applying new paint
2. Replacing with new bearings on: the main spindle of the tenoner; on the saw headstock of the press; linear bearings on the guide of the tenoner table carriage; bearings on the working belts.

3. Installing a new glue nozzle with a pitch of 3.8 mm on the tenoner body, installing a glue supply tank with a safety valve;
4. New conveyor belts
5. Replacement of wiring on machine bodies
6. Replacement of pneumatic hoses for actuators, solenoid valves and other pneumatic elements in machines with new ones;
7. Replacement of gear wheels and double-row chain on the belt-chain feeder of the press.
8. Regeneration of electromagnetic brakes on the tenoning machine
9. Replacement of seals and O-rings (repair kits) in pneumatic actuators Replacement of worn solenoid valves with new ones.
10. Replacement of graphic panels on the tenoning machine cabinet, on the press cabinet, on the small press panel with new ones.
11. Replacement of buttons, lamps and switches on panels and control boxes with new ones. Replacement of boxes with connectors with new ones.
12. Replacement of controllers supervising the operation of the tenoning machine and press with new ones. Adjustment of the machine control program to the user's needs
13. Installation of a new inverter on the press rollers and on the pusher of the receiving table projector;
14. Maintenance of electrical installations in control cabinets, modernization and preparation of electrical diagrams.
15. Installation of covers, grids and necessary descriptions, stickers and health and safety signs as well as manufacturer's logos and nameplates.
16. Replacement of V-belts with new ones, checking pulleys; gear motors and engines;
17. Replacement of limit switches, inductive and optical sensors (photocells) with new ones.
