Continuous pasteurizer electric with preheating of the juice in the coaxial tube heat exchanger

They use available low-cost energy (e.g. from solar, heat pump, biogas, tec.) although the temperature level is not sufficient for pasteurization.
The rest of the temperature increase to pasteurization level is done electrically (with less energy requirement).

The components:

Preheating:
* Coaxial tubular heat exchanger (KRWT) with thermal insulation (max. 60kW) thermal
* Mixing unit incl. circulation pump ensures a stable inlet temperature of the heating water


Continuous pasteurizer electric:
* Electric heater 13.5 / 18 / 27 / 31.5 kW - 400 V
Kedpfouadm Dox Adioll
* Tank (stainless steel) 150 ltr. with thermal insulation with stainless steel tubular heat exchanger
* Automatic low temperature safety device (compressed air required)
* Stainless steel juice pump
