The MAJA SKINNY is a professional, automatic strip skinning machine from the renowned German manufacturer MAJA, designed for the quick and precise removal of skin and defatting of meat products (including pork, beef, and poultry). The device is widely used in meat processing plants, butcher shops, cutting rooms, and food processing facilities focused on continuous performance and high-quality finished products. The use of an automatic strip feeding system ensures a continuous flow of raw material, which significantly increases efficiency compared to manually operated devices and guarantees the highest level of operator safety. The cutting mechanism precisely separates the skin from the meat without excessive loss of valuable raw material, allowing for optimal processing profitability.
