Double-walled, insulated cooking kettle with food-safe glycerine as the heating medium. Equipped with a built-in stirring unit which ensures that the materials do not stick together. The stirring motor is located at the bottom. The appliance automatically regulates the temperature of the heating medium. With heavy-duty feet. Automatic operation. Requires minimal maintenance.
