MDS A220-PD Manual Assembly Station

The A220-PD assembly system is a stationary manual assembly station for processing press-in components.

Intended use:
The machine is used for pressing in fastening elements.
The operator manually places the corresponding screws, plastic nuts, and the component to be processed into the machine.
The operator then starts the pressing process using a foot switch.
The pressing process runs automatically.

Press-in nut, rivet nut, self-piercing nut, press-in pin, punch pin / rivet pin

Operating modes:
The operating modes can be changed in the control panel.
Automatic mode:
The fastening elements are pressed in automatically.
Movements are only initiated when the operator presses the foot pedal, thus triggering the pressing process.
Manual mode:
In manual mode, adjustments are made to the machine.
In this operating mode, movements can be activated individually.
