Gravimetric mixers (GRAVIX Series)

These are robust, multi-component systems. In the photos you can see the
characteristic funnels for the various components that the system weighs with
extreme precision.

The Moretto DGM Gravix 120 S dosing system belongs to the middle category of
gravimetric dosing machines, which are characterized by extreme precision and
resistance to industrial vibrations.

Main technical parameters

This model is designed for precise mixing of multiple components directly at
the machine neck.

• Maximum performance: Up to 120 kg/h (depending on the bulk density of the
material).

• Accuracy: Up to ±0.001% thanks to the technology of weighing each component
100 times per second.

• Number of components: Standard configuration for 2 to 4 materials (with the
possibility of expansion according to the version).

• Response speed: The patented "Double Eyelid" system opens and closes in 25
ms.

• Weighing hopper volume: Optimized for medium-sized batches with free
suspension without mechanical interference.

Key technologies

• VIS (Vibration Immunity System): Allows installation directly on injection
Njdpfey Udkcox Adgswn
molding machines or blow molding machines without loss of accuracy due to
machine movement.

• Rotopulse: Special device for micro-dosing of additives (from 0.08 g), which
prevents the formation of domes in the material.

• Double-Effect Mixer: Hemispherical mixing chamber ensures a perfectly
homogeneous mixture without "dead spots".

• MOWIS Ready: Full connectivity for remote management, data export via USB,
Ethernet or Modbus
