PND Automatic Peeling and Coring Machine – Fruits

The PND automatic peeling and coring machine is designed for industrial-scale peeling and coring operations on fruits, reducing manual handling and providing uniform and continuous processing.

Manufactured by PND, a specialist in machinery for fruit processing, the machine features multiple workstations that allow for the simultaneous processing of several pieces of product.

Its construction, primarily in stainless steel, along with its automatic clamping and processing systems, makes it particularly suitable for industrial plants processing fresh fruits, canned goods, IV range products, and prepared foods.

The pieces are individually positioned in the workstations, where they are clamped and mechanically processed. The system allows for the repetitive execution of the operations necessary to obtain the peeled product, which is then prepared for the next stages of production.

Once processed, the fruit can continue to operations such as:

Cutting and dicing
Slicing
Cubing
Inspection and selection
Preparation of ready-to-eat fruit
Processing for canned goods
Freezing
Packaging

APPLICATIONS

Particularly suitable for fruit processors, canning industries, manufacturers of ready-to-eat fruit, IV range products, frozen foods, and other food processing companies looking to automate peeling and coring operations.

Depending on the configuration and tooling installed, this type of equipment can be adapted to process different fruits that require peeling and coring.

The combination of PND technology, multiple workstations, and automatic processing provides an efficient solution for industrial fruit preparation lines.
