Promixon S.r.l. XN400 + XC1200

This is a combination of a hot mixer and a cooler. A typical application is mixing polymers with additives.

Hot mixer: working volume of 400 liters, drive power 90 kW, mixing impeller with a tip speed of up to 60 m/s. Vacuum system included (but needs optimization). Filling hopper included.

Gravimetric scales for the additives are not included in the delivery.

Cooling mixer, volume 1200 liters with a 11 kW drive, cooling jacket for cold water flushing, outlet with a valve.

The combination includes the entire steel structure with walkways, control cabinet with frequency converter (400 VAC/50Hz) for the variable drive of the hot mixer.

The machine was in operation at an R&D center in Israel. Since the company now operates a production facility in Europe, the R&D center will be closed. The machines will be transported to Europe at the owner's expense and can be delivered EXW at a port or at the production facility in Europe.

The details for optimal transport need to be clarified. The machine price is quoted without packaging on a pallet.
