This is an SCC 61 WE BakingLine combi-steamer in an electric version, manufactured by the premium brand Rational, built in 2018.

The unit has been completely overhauled and inspected in our in-house workshop. The combi-steamer is fully functional.

The base shown in the picture is not included in the offer, but a suitable BakingLine base for 60x40 trays can be offered at an additional cost.

This combi-steamer offers space for 5 x 400x600mm trays. In automatic mode, the unit automatically recognizes the ideal cooking path, the size of the food, the quantity to be cooked, and the product-specific requirements for 7 applications (meat, fish, poultry, side dishes, egg dishes, baked goods, and finishing).
