This is a combination oven-steamer, model SCC WE 202, in an electric version, from the premium manufacturer Rational, manufactured in 2016.

The combination oven-steamer is located in our in-house workshop and will undergo a thorough inspection. It will be sold with a 6-month warranty.

This combination oven-steamer offers space for 20 x 2/1 or 40 x 1/1 GN containers. In automatic mode, the appliance automatically recognizes the ideal cooking process, the size of the food, the quantity being cooked, and the product-specific requirements for 7 applications (meat, fish, poultry, side dishes, egg dishes, baked goods, and finishing).
