Switchboard for controlling all units,
as well as for monitoring and regulating the frost protection limit,
the supply air temperature, including frost protection sensor and supply air sensor
The following functions are located on the front door of the switchboard: - Main switch to switch on the entire system - Emergency stop button to lock the entire system - On/off button to activate the control system - Selector switch for switching between manual and automatic operation of the heating pump - Operating indicators (green) and fault indicators (red) for supply and exhaust air fans - Release button to start the system in the event of possible malfunctions (frost protection louver), as well as a fault indicator lamp.
The technology:
in the switchboard includes: - Frequency converter for supply and exhaust air motors - Motor protection switch for all motors, if required, with the corresponding contactors, - PLC control, - Connection terminals for all external control devices such as frost protection sensor, supply air sensor, mixing valve, ... - an external fault output.

The running time saver switch is used to automatically start and switch off the make-up and exhaust air system after completion of the spraying process, or to switch between spraying and drying mode.

The painting system was used in a training workshop and is in absolutely new condition.
