AUTOMATIC BUNDLING AND STACKING SYSTEM FOR WELDED WIRE MESH

Industrial unit consisting of a Schlatter/Jäger SAB-2 bundling machine + a Schlatter SPH stacking machine, designed to automate the output of a welded wire mesh production line.

The system performs the final operations of the line: receiving and transporting the mesh via roller tables, forming and bundling packages, stacking, and preparing them for subsequent removal, storage, or shipment.
The unit does not need to operate in conjunction with a Schlatter welding machine.

It can be integrated and connected to welded wire mesh production lines from any manufacturer, with the corresponding mechanical, electrical, and control adaptations required for the installation.

This allows the unit to be used as:

Automation of a currently manual line output.
Replacement of an old bundling/stacking system.

Expansion of an existing line.
Independent end-of-line system for Schlatter machines or machines from other manufacturers.
