The basic model of the FLS technology is the FLS ECO 120. The saw is mainly used in small and medium-sized operations focused on various wood processing, but also non-wood materials. The FLS ECO 120 single-spindle saw significantly increases work efficiency and material yield (by 10-15%) and can process prisms, beams, prisms and large-area material. The input material can be plastered, dimensioned, formatted, cut to length and slats can be produced. The maximum cutting height is 120 mm, optionally 160 mm. The saw can be operated by one worker.
The machine complies with the stringent occupational safety requirements of the relevant EC regulations and directives.

The infinitely variable blade feed and stroke control guarantees a clean cut and high cutting performance. Thanks to the "ProLock" quick-release system, saw blade replacement is easy and, above all, safe. The saw carriage is equipped with guide and side rollers that ensure optimal guidance of the floating unit during cutting without unnecessary vibrations. The upper pressure plate and the wooden adjustable stop ensure a firm fixation of the material during cutting and thus eliminate unwanted movement.

The FLS technology is unique in its quick and easy adjustment via ergonomically positioned touch panel controls. Cut width values are entered manually or by using the basic Absolut program or the optional Chain and Optim programs. The cutting path is displayed on the material by a laser beam and then guided longitudinally by a sliding saw blade.

The FLS can be used to cut prisms, squares, beams and large-area material. The input material can be plastered, dimensioned, formatted, mitred and mitre cut, grooved or cut into sections and slats. Manufacturers of grout and solid furniture or staircases will find their own. The machine can also be used for cutting non-wood materials such as PUR/PIR panels, plastic materials, sandwich, aluminium or cement board.
