This unit was purchased as a backup but has never been used and is still in its original packaging.

Fully automatic operation for both oil and gas, either sliding/two-stage or modulating depending on the type of output control.
Modulation range on the gas side up to 1:8 possible.

Designed for burning EL heating oil according to DIN 51603 and natural gas as per DIN DVGW specifications, with the following components:
- Burner housing
- Blower with three-phase motor
- Integrated speed control module for connection to a frequency converter (included)
- Combustion air regulation with actuator
- Fuel system consisting of a high-pressure gear pump with pressure control valve, solenoid valves as quick shut-off devices, nozzle assembly, and nozzle
- Magnetic coupling for deactivating the oil pump during gas operation
- Mixing device consisting of burner head and diffuser plate, continuously adjustable for optimal combustion results
- Ignition system consisting of: high-voltage ignition transformer, ignition cable with plug connection, and ignition electrodes
- Combustion manager for controlling all burner functions and power adjustment via electronic compound control
- Suitable for continuous operation in accordance with TRD 411 and 412
- Flame monitoring by UV cell

Digital Combustion Management:
With the combustion managers W-FM 100 and W-FM 200*, operation of a combustion system becomes more convenient and secure. All key functions, such as fuel and air supply or flame monitoring, are recorded and controlled with digital precision. The aim is to optimize operating processes, maximize efficiency, and minimize emissions. Thanks to digital combustion management, such optimization can now be achieved with limited effort. Installation and maintenance are even significantly easier than with conventional technology. For example, a separate control panel for burner management is no longer necessary. Additionally, remote control, remote diagnostics, and external monitoring of the system are possible. This further increases safety and convenience for the operator.
