WVG Kainz KP03/3-10

We offer a used Kainz crate washing system for E2 and E1 containers, designed for continuous, industrial washing of Euro crates used in meat and food processing plants. The machine is manufactured by WVG KAINZ GmbH, model KP03/3-10, year of manufacture 2001. This is a robust, stainless-steel tunnel washer, ideal for continuous operation in demanding production environments.

The KP03/3-10 model is equipped with a double roll system, which ensures stable and smooth feeding and removal of crates from the washing tunnel. Two synchronized roller sections stabilize the containers, improve their guidance, and reduce friction points. This solution increases efficiency, reduces the risk of damage to the crates, and facilitates integration with additional equipment such as stacking machines, sorters, conveyors, or palletizing systems.

The machine is designed as a complete system consisting of 4 working sections, which together form an efficient logistics and washing process for E1 and E2 crates:

Buffering Section (stocking sector)
In the buffering section, empty E1 and E2 crates are collected and positioned before entering the washing tunnel. This part of the system stabilizes the flow of containers and improves the continuity of the entire line’s operation.

Transport Section (transporting sector)
The transport section consists of a heavy-duty, stainless steel conveyor system that guides the crates through all process zones. Thanks to its robust construction and double-roll system, the crates move smoothly, safely, and with high precision.

Washing Section (washing sector)
In the washing section, the crates pass through a pre-wash zone and a high-pressure main wash zone. Optimized spray manifolds—both rotating and fixed—reach all internal and external surfaces, effectively removing meat residues, fat, blood, labels, and other contaminants.

Drying section (drying sector)
The drying section removes residual water from the crates after the final rinse. Effective drying reduces the risk of bacterial growth and helps prevent problems with wet pallets, slippery floors, and excessive moisture in the packing area.
