The line is designed to produce EURO 1200/800 pallets .
In order to nail the pallets efficiently, three people are needed to operate it: to
for stacking bottoms one person and for stacking pallet tops two people.
The capacity of the machine is 2500 pcs per 8h, also it depends on the workers and their speed in
stacking the pieces.
The pallet after being nailed together is received by the milling machine, which mills the pallet, cuts the corners and burns the marks, after which the pallet enters the stacking machine, which cuts the pallet to a size of 1200, rotates it and stacks it with an elevator .
Stacking can be done in a so-called sandwich (29 pieces), or individually up to (20 pieces).
