Alfa Laval

The Alfa Laval TAF-2HM aseptic filler is an automatic machine engineered for the aseptic filling of food and beverage products in bag-in-drum packaging of up to 200 litres. This unit is particularly suitable for both liquid and highly viscous products, including low-acidity goods and those containing particulates.

- Automated filling process: The filling cycle—including bag opening, filling, and sealing—is triggered automatically after manual insertion of the bag neck into the filling station. Throughout the cycle, steam jet and filling valve temperatures are continuously monitored and regulated.
- Regulatory compliance: Adheres to aseptic validation protocols and ensures commercial sterility of the finished product.
- Easy operation and cleaning: The system features user-friendly controls and convenient cleaning options, including sterilisation-in-place (SIP) and cleaning-in-place (CIP), reducing contamination risks and enhancing operational efficiency.
