Offered is an automatic edge trimming line with singulation, trimmer for cross-cutting, 2 stacking machines, additional discharge, and trimming of stacking slats:
Boards 2000-5280 mm long, 16 - 40 mm thick, 70 - 260 mm wide, cycle rate of 29 or 58 pieces/minute, operated by one person sitting at the joystick:
- Cross-transfer of boards with a 4-strand chain cross conveyor
- Singulation inclined conveyor 6000 mm wide, 3000 mm at an angle
- Alignment roller conveyor
- Chain cross conveyor as a layer former
- Star turners and sorters before the trimmer
- Edge detection (ALFHA edger)
- Trimmer with 11 saws in a 50.5 cm grid: The operator (sitting) at the joystick evaluates:
without re-trimming, 5000 mm to stacking machine 1, alternatively: without re-trimming, 4000 mm to stacking machine 1
with re-trimming, 4000 mm to stacking machine 2 with re-trimming, 3000 mm to stacking machine 2
with re-trimming, short lengths for discharge into a box with re-trimming, short lengths for discharge into a box

For example, one employee, processing side boards of 4000/17 x 76 mm, produced, packaged, and strapped approximately 15,000 boards in 9 hours.
The system is still assembled, but the upstream chipper has already been dismantled. Therefore, the system is immediately available. It is very robustly built and has always operated smoothly and without any problems.
