1. Electric Motors Total Power: 2 x 45 = 90kW
2. Machine Weight: 12.000 kg
3. Shredding Capacity : 3 - 4 tons / h ( Aluminum profiles, barrels, fridge, etc steel thickness up to 3 mm and waste )
4. Cutting blades are made of material HARDOX 500. Blade thickness is 6 cm and coated with HRC 60 hardfilled welding. Blades are easy to replace.
5. Loading Chamber Dimensions: 800 mm x 1200 mm

6. The walls will be covered with HARDOX 500 material.
7. Before painting, the whole machine body will be sandblasted.
8. Two cover undercoat and one cover paint will be applied.
9. The movement of the rotors is provided by an electric motor linked with a gearbox.
10. The rotors are moving independently of each other
11. The loading of the shredder can be done by grape or conveyors
12. In case of a jam between the rotor blades the machine turns the rotors in the opposite direction to remove the compression.
13. After the jam is solved the rotors return to their normal direction, If Jam is continuing the machine will stop with an acoustic warning.
14. A Hydraulic Oil cooling system is implemented.
15. Rotors are independent from each other and work at 18-20 rpm.
16. Hydraulic system components will be provided by PARKER or EATON-VICKERS & KAWASAKI brands.
17. All electrical parts will be SCHNEIDER and SIEMENS brands.
18. The machine is fully automatic with SIEMENS S7-1200 PLC control.
19. The machine is certified with ISO 9001 issued by URS, and CE issued by SGS.
20. Machine will be under AYMAS MAKINA San. Ve Tic. A. S. guarantees against manufacturing defects for one (1) year or two thousand five hundred (2.500) hours of operation.
