For sale: a robust and complete AZO single big-bag unloading system, suitable for the low-dust and efficient processing of powders, granules, and other bulk goods.

This system is equipped with a heavy-duty crossbeam with a lifting capacity of 2,000 kg, allowing larger big bags to be handled easily. The included lifting beam with electric hoisting motor and remote control has a capacity of 1,250 kg, which ensures safe and user-friendly lifting and positioning of the big bags.

For optimal product quality, the system is equipped with a vibrating screen installation, supplied with two different screen decks, making the system flexible for various products and applications. The installation has 2 vibration motors, one on the big bag saddle and one in the vibrating screen itself for optimal vibration.

Behind the screen is a dust extraction system with a dust filter, which effectively limits dust formation during unloading and maintains a clean working environment.
