Application of a helical cutterhead with replaceable carbide knife inserts, which reduces noise levels by approximately 50% and extends sharpness more than 20 times compared to a conventional straight knife cutterhead.
The advantage of carbide inserts is that, in case of damage, individual knives can be replaced or rotated, which significantly reduces operating costs.
The carbide-tipped blades provide tear-free planing and optimal smoothness with every type of wood.
Quick and hassle-free folding tables allow fast conversion to thicknessing mode.
Integrated, tiltable chip extraction device - connection diameter 100 mm.
Both tables are equipped with precision adjustment systems and noise-reducing covers.
The planer table is centrally mounted on the guide column with a support bracket.
Stable fence with prismatic guide, tiltable from 90° to 45°.
Tables are made of cast iron with polished work surfaces.
