Cattabriga PSK 125 ice cream pasteurizer – capacity 40 to 120 L

General overview
The Cattabriga PSK 125 ice cream pasteurizer is designed for the thermal treatment of mixes used in the production of ice cream and artisanal gelato. This data sheet corresponds to the older generation PSK 125 identified on your machine, which is different from the newer KEL and PRO versions. Its working capacity ranges from 40 to 120 L, allowing for the processing of large volumes of mix in a single tank.

What sets this model apart
This version of the PSK 125 is based on a robust design combining electric heating, mechanical agitation, and a thermal circuit. The total installed power reaches 15 kW, with six 2.2 kW heaters. The agitator is driven by a 0.65 kW motor, while the compressor delivers 3.5 kW. The control panel features a digital display and controls for operating the machine without using the touch interfaces of the newer generations.
