The CUOMO AGM4 automatic can seamer is equipped with a 24-valve vacuum system, designed for continuous operation in industrial canning lines. It evacuates air from the headspace and then hermetically seals metal containers.

PROCESS

Pre-filled cans automatically enter the 24-valve unit, where the vacuum operation is performed before sealing.

This process reduces the amount of air in the can, helping to achieve the required vacuum conditions after sealing.

Next, the cans are synchronously transferred to the CUOMO AGM4 seamer. The lid is placed on each can, and the sealing mechanism performs the necessary operations to form the hermetic double seam between the lid and the can body.
