Meat processing machine

Duker Rex Hydro 65

The REX Düker Hydro 65 is a bowl cutter from REX Düker, a recognized manufacturer of machinery for the meat industry. The machine is designed for chopping and cutting meat raw material for the production of sausages, cold cuts, and other products requiring precisely prepared meat batter.

How does the REX Düker Hydro 65 bowl cutter work?
The Hydro 65 is equipped with a 65-liter bowl and a 6-knife cutting head, driven by a 20 kW main motor. Thanks to the hydrostatic transmission, blade shaft speed is infinitely variable up to 4500 rpm, allowing the intensity of cutting to be precisely matched to the type of raw material being processed. The bowl rotates at up to 500 rpm in both directions, and the machine offers 3 separately switchable bowl speeds.

Operation is controlled via an SL23 membrane keypad with contactor control and motor protection, while smooth speed regulation is available through a potentiometer. A digital display shows blade shaft speed, bowl revolutions, and temperature in real time, and safety switches for the bowl and temperature ensure safe operation.

Key advantages of the REX Düker Hydro 65
The REX Düker Hydro 65 stands out with infinitely variable blade speed thanks to its hydrostatic drive, allowing the cutting process to be precisely matched to different recipes and types of meat raw material. Three independently switchable bowl speeds, together with bidirectional bowl rotation, further increase the machine’s operational flexibility.

A robust stainless steel construction, a control panel with a digital display of operating parameters, and a noise protection cover combine high functionality with comfortable, safe operation — an important factor for daily, intensive work in a meat processing plant.
