This EcoKraft RP22 system is built around the second-generation RP22 press, developed for fine-grained biomass. It has built-in steam extraction from the pressing chamber and two central lubrication points, which keeps it compact and easy to operate.

Only one system available. This is a single used system, not ongoing stock. Once sold, it is gone. Pickup and transport slots are limited (press alone: 650 kg).

Best for: pelletizing fine-grained biomass (for example fertiliser, wood or plant-fibre mixes) indoors, protected from the weather, with 400 V three-phase power.
Not suitable for: outdoor use, unattended operation, or explosion-risk areas (no explosion protection is included as standard).

What the equipment means in practice:
RP22 GEN2 press, max. 22 kW: powerful press for fine material, with steam extraction from the pressing chamber
Bunker 1 m³ with screw discharge and level sensor: the sensor sends a start/stop signal that controls filling of the press
Vibration pads on compressed air: help prevent material bridging in the bunker
Drum sieve with conveyor belt: screens out fines and collects them in a big bag
