Our machines produce pellets that meet EU standards – properly compacted, free of harmful additives, with a calorific value of at least 4.6 kWh/kg.

The main advantage lies in modern, hardened dies and rollers (60HRC+), manufactured with CNC technology.
Our dies ensure high efficiency, low power consumption, and long service life of both dies and rollers.
Another benefit is the lubrication of the main shaft with oil and oversized bearings, which significantly slows down wear!

- cylindrical-bevel gearbox (efficiency 98%)

- bolted dies fi 230, fi 260, fi 285, fi 310, fi 400, fi 520; hole diameters 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10mm (100% stability, easy disassembly, and temperature control)
- standard oil tank or optional tank with pump and oil installation (oil lubrication, easy oil replacement)
