RET alignment and infeed table. Chain bed in front of the machine with liftable and lowerable pressure roller.
Laser unit.
DK 90 L 1000: Passage width 1000 mm. Cutting height 125 mm.
Feed speed frequency-controlled up to 100 m/min. Automatic roller height adjustment with roller pressure.
Width adjustment hydraulically, electronic positioning control with the following setting options:
Continuously variable, cm indexing, and switchable to 2 cm indexing. Cutting width between flanges 24 - 440 mm.
10 adjustable fixed dimensions, direct input in mm.
Constant dimension allowance, shrinkage allowance (percentage).
Splitter wedge pair: 1 x zero line, 1 x independently hydraulically adjustable with electronic positioning control.
Splitter wedge opening 48 - 600 mm. Chain bed on the outfeed side.
Motor 90 kW with power belt drive. Hydraulic unit.
Chip separator ASV DK II with 2 separating lamellae.
