Complete in standard configuration including:
- Sturdy, torsion-resistant steel frame, constructed with welded and bolted assemblies
- UPPER lamella pressure beam with 6 elements, SIDE lamella pressure beam with 5 elements
- Lamella pressure beams feature the tried-and-tested tolerance compensation system (Ganner system) for tightly pressed carcass joints
- Counter-pressure surfaces (side pressure wall, bottom) are 38 mm thick, coated, continuous support plates
- Continuous pressing surface with a height of 95 mm on the lower vertical pressure beam
- Electromotive adjustment of both pressure beams via precision trapezoidal thread spindles (with increased pitch and concentricity accuracy) and high-performance lead nuts with grease reservoir
- Clamping is electromotor-driven, with two separate worm gear motors (2 x 0.75 kW)
- The pressing force of the pressure beams is continuously adjustable electronically using two potentiometers and regulated via frequency inverters, providing a completely wear-free press force control
- Pressing force for horizontal beam: min. 500 daN (kg) up to stepless max. 2200 daN (kg)
Pressing force for vertical beam: min. 300 daN (kg) up to stepless max. 2200 daN (kg)
