For sale is a new, fully equipped production line for PLA and PET bottle preforms and bottle blowing. The line was manufactured in August 2025 and delivered to Lithuania. It produces BIOBASED biodegradable bottle packaging throughout the entire cycle, from preform to finished bottle.

The line includes all molding and blowing molds, as well as EU standard bottle cap molds, robots, and all necessary accessories. Both PLA biopolymers, PET, and rPET materials can be used.

Line capacities:
1. Bottle preforms – 12,000,000 and more per year.
2. Bottle caps – 17,000,000 per year (28/1881 and 38/3S 1881).
3. Semi-automatic bottle blowing – 2 machines, 1,000,000 per month.

1. Injection machine – 180 t (for preforms).
2. Injection machine – 150 t (for caps).
