Pelletizing press

R 310

Requirements:
- Material must be free-flowing (less than 18 mm)
- Material must be pure, ash content less than 1% ATRO
Pay attention to: sand, stones, and minerals
- It is compressed using press tongs
- Material must be dry, maximum 15% ATRO

New: Innovative combination of briquette and pellet

Options at an extra charge:

Plant construction / mütek system technology:
- mütek Shredder MRZ shredding technology
- Conveyor belts
- Overband magnets
- Dust extraction systems, optionally with rotary airlock
- Transport screws
- Silos
- Control system linkages of all kinds
- Semi-automatic packaging technology

+ 24-hour operation possible
+ Compact design
+ High energy efficiency thanks to innovative hydraulics
+ Briquette density of up to ≥ 1 kg/l possible *Details after testing

Mode of operation:
The machine has a silo with a stirrer. In each of the 4 corners of the storage silo, there is a vertical screw that compresses the material downwards into the pressing chamber.

The machine operates with two cylinders, each of which compresses in two directions (either while the cylinder moves forward or backward). This results in 4 briquette outlets, each with 6 individual briquettes.

*ideal for the automatic feeding of the heating boiler

Format: Ø 30 mm
Throughput capacity: up to a maximum of 250 kg/h
Motor power: approx. 27 kW (in total)
Dimensions: 3.1 x 2.3 x 2.2 m
Weight: 3.55 tons

Your advantages:
Compact briquette/pellet format enables firing of industrial furnaces using screw feed
Fully automatic 24-hour operation possible
High energy efficiency
Briquettes/pellets with consistently high quality & density

For automatic feeding into industrial furnaces

Small to medium quantities of wood chips, which are produced in the processing industry of various materials (especially wood, biomass, etc.), can be optimally compressed. The small Ø 30mm format represents an attractive alternative. In contrast to our conventional briquettes, these can be automatically fed into industrial furnaces.
In addition to wood, various other materials can also be easily processed (various biomass and agar-based materials).
