MARINUS PROMAX - Endmatcher and defect saw.

The machine is according to following specifications:

- Stable and heavy construction, dimensions LxDxH = 2080x1260x2000 mm.
- Continuous feeding system with accurate positioning (servo).
- Pneumatic sidepushers for guaranteed square angle.

- 2 servomotors for maximum dynamics.
- 2 sawingmotors (3,0 kW).
- 2 high-speed millingmotors with inverter (7,5 kW each /200 Hz/n=12.000).
- 1 motorgearbox with inverter.
- 2 drummotors.
- 26 pneumatic cylinders with valves.
- 1 luminescence-sensor
- 6 inductive-sensors
- Bandconveyor for waste, height 1,3 mtr.
- Machine completely closed by safety-doors.
- Machine according to CE-requirements.

Length-measuring system:
A lenght-measuring-system displays the total lenght and square meters of the boards on the display during
production.

Tooling:
We can offer tooling (tongue and groove) with disposable knives and 2 crosscutsawblades as an option for the
machine.

Standard Programming:
The machine is equipped with 2 main programs:
1 Endmatching
2 Cutting

Both main programs have 2 sub programs:
1. Variable lenghts: defects are cut out, endproducts are of all variable lenghts.
2. Fix lenghts: boards will be produced at a fixlenght, infeedlenght has an oversize of max +200 mm. Cutting out
defects is not possible.
