MDK 3000 brush washing machine with Muser

The unwashed fruit is fed into the infeed, then, after a pre-wash, it is cleaned again by another fresh water shower on the conveyor belt.
Easy to clean, equipped with durable, food-grade polypropylene/acetal modular belts with steplessly adjustable belt speed in two directions, with two steerable rollers and two fixed rollers, or with anti-vibration feet.
Requires minimal maintenance.

- Adaptive electric valve - The fresh water jet only works when the conveyor belt is running
- Air injection - with nozzles and a fan at the bottom of the tank for intensive washing
- Air knife - removes water from the fruit surface, so that less water gets into the final product
- Circulation pump with filter - ensures the correct flow in the washing tank
