This is a 115-liter MAGNUM 3/1 GN electric braiser from premium manufacturer MKN, model Optima 850. The braiser is a multifunctional appliance for steaming, boiling, simmering, braising, and roasting. Draining is done via a safety drain valve on the front.

The appliance has been tested in our in-house workshop and is fully functional. The braiser has been completely overhauled and is in excellent condition.
