Two-level flow racking system for 1,500 SKUs

We are offering a used, fully functional flow rack system with a two-level construction (ground floor and upper floor) for sale. This system is perfectly suited for storage and order picking according to the FIFO principle (First In – First Out) and is ideal for logistics, shipping, or manufacturing operations. The racking is optimized for cartons with dimensions of 600 x 400 x 250 mm, accommodating a total of up to 3,000 cartons.

Dimensions:
The entire system has a total length of approx. 37 m, divided into two sections: one continuous block (approx. 20 m), a staircase section (approx. 1.3 m), and a second block with a walk-through passage (approx. 15.6 m). The total depth is approx. 4.6 m and consists of two racking depths of 1.3 m each, as well as a central service aisle of approx. 2 m. The upright height is approx. 4.3 m; the bottom edge of the intermediate deck (upper floor) is at approx. 2 m, providing sufficient clearance for ergonomic work on the lower level.

Configuration and equipment:
Each bay is approx. 2.12 m wide (upright width approx. 0.1 m) and contains a total of 10 flow channels – 5 on the lower and 5 on the upper level. Shelf heights are variably adjustable via perforations in the uprights, allowing flexible adaptation to different article sizes. The shelves are equipped with roller conveyors that have a slight incline, ensuring goods and handling units automatically move to the picking side.

Access to the upper floor is via an integrated staircase. A central aisle between the rack rows allows loading from the rear and picking from the front.
