Q-Fin Quality Finishing Solutions F1200 - VAC

This F1200 has only been used as a showroom model and is therefore almost new. The machine can be viewed at our showroom in Bergeijk.

Discover the advanced F1200 finishing machine, equipped with an intuitive HMI touchscreen for effortless operation. This screen allows operators to easily switch between various finishing programs, ensuring high reproducibility of product quality and minimizing operator errors. Depending on the material to be processed, you can opt for a vacuum or magnetic support system.

At the infeed side, burrs and irregularities are removed by a grinding unit, resulting in a smooth and burr-free surface. This is followed by four oscillating comb brushes that apply light pressure. The brushes provide uniform rounding of all edges and holes, both on the periphery and on the flat-ground product, resulting in the most optimal finish.

Additionally, the F1200 is also available in an XL version, which adds a fourth station. This station includes a second grinding unit that allows you to apply a line finish using a finer abrasive belt or finish with a scotch-brite belt.

The F1200 offers options for automatic brush calibration, ensuring consistent accuracy, as well as full ERP control and flawless integration into automated production environments. In short, it is a finishing machine that is fully prepared for the future!
