The SkipJoint is a compact and user-friendly machine for the quick, safe, and precise removal of microjoints in laser-cut sheet metal parts. Microjoints are small connections created during laser cutting to hold the parts in place. After the cutting process, these connections remain as small protruding edges on the product.

With the SkipJoint, these microjoints can be easily removed without damaging the contours of the workpiece. Thanks to the vertically rotating sanding disc and the horizontal feed table, microjoints are removed precisely and at a right angle to the product. This ensures a clean and uniform finish.

The machine is designed for manual operation and features a height-adjustable safety screen made of polycarbonate. This screen can be adjusted to the material thickness and provides extra protection during processing. The foldable steel feed table also ensures a practical and space-saving setup.

The SkipJoint uses sanding discs with a diameter of 255 mm, which are available in various grit sizes and materials. Thanks to the Velcro fastening, the sanding discs can be easily and quickly replaced.
