Rational SCC 101 WE Baking Line

This is an SCC 101 WE combi-steamer from the Baking Line series by premium manufacturer Rational, featuring 8 slots for 400 x 600 mm baking trays, left-hinged, and electric version. It is the latest SCC model series with triple-glazed door and LED lighting, manufactured in 2018.

The combi-steamer has been completely overhauled in our in-house workshop and is fully functional. The pictured base rack for 600 x 400 mm trays is included in the offer.

The Baking Line software comes with a wide range of pictograms for various types of baked goods.

This combi-steamer features intelligent baking processes for savory products and delivers the desired results.
