The combi-steamer is a model from the latest SCC series, featuring triple glazing and LED lighting.

The unit has undergone inspection in our in-house workshop and is fully functional.

The stand shown in the pictures is not included in the offer but is available as an optional extra.

This combi-steamer accommodates 5x 400x600 mm trays. In automatic mode, the unit independently determines the ideal cooking path, load size, the amount of food, and specific requirements for 7 applications (meat, fish, poultry, side dishes, egg dishes, baked goods, and finishing).
