This is a combination steamer, model SCC 201 WE, in an electric version, from the premium manufacturer Rational, manufactured in 2016.

The combination steamer is located in our in-house workshop and will undergo a thorough inspection. It will be sold with a 6-month warranty.

In automatic mode, the device automatically recognizes the ideal cooking path, the size of the food, the quantity to be processed, and the product-specific requirements for 7 applications (meat, fish, poultry, side dishes, egg dishes, baked goods, and finishing).
