Sollich nut mixing unit, type NM 200 VA, year of manufacture 2021, for the continuous mixing of dry ingredients into chocolate, fat, and spreadable products.
Performance:
• max. 1,200 kg/h of spreadable product with 5% dry ingredients (60 kg/h)
• max. 1,200 kg/h of spreadable product with 10% dry ingredients (120 kg/h)
Equipment:
• retractable mixing screw for simplified cleaning, recommended for frequent product/color changes
• 2 installed rotary valve feeders TD 1 (machine no. 35120030 and 35120035), arranged opposite each other, each with a level switch and a 150-liter hopper. This allows two different dry ingredients to be dosed in parallel or double the dosing capacity for one dry ingredient to be achieved.
• Double-walled collection hopper at the mixer outlet with emptying pump SKP 1000 L-VA (machine no. 35120040)
• Unheated connecting pipe attached to the side of the lower container section to the hopper for complete emptying via the attached rotary lobe pump SKP 1000 L-VA, can be shut off on both sides with flat flap valves, pipe can be removed via milk pipe fittings and quick-release couplings.
• Hot water circulation system with water-water heat exchanger and circulation pump to supply the mixer, collection hopper, emptying pump, and piping to the filling system, for connection to the customer's cold water supply.
• Stainless steel control cabinet for housing the power electronics
• Visualization and operation are carried out ex works via the HMI of the associated tempering machine; a separate operating panel is not part of the unit.

• Completely installed on a mobile stainless steel frame with swivel casters or lifting tabs for moving with a lifting device, frame with ergonomic handle, all media connections are pluggable or with quick-release couplings.
This makes the unit mobile and can be switched between several lines. For operation with another control system, an adjustment of the visualization is required; the power electronics are included in the supplied stainless steel control cabinet.

• customer's cold water for the hot water circulation system
• 400 V, 3 phases, 50 Hz + neutral + earth
Condition, history and process: Year of manufacture 2021, delivery and commissioning by Sollich in week 40/2021, approximately 180 operating hours. Used exclusively for palm oil-free spreads including nut-containing products, stored dry in Wuppertal since the end of 2024, inspection by appointment. Documentation and conformity documents are available. Purchase value in 2021 according to order confirmation: €116,830 (unit complete including rotary valve feeders, emptying pump and stainless steel frame).
