The complete installation is fully operational and currently in daily industrial use. Inspection and demonstration under actual working conditions are possible.

The filtration unit is equipped with a filtered air return duct and a manually operated diverter damper.

The system allows warm filtered air to be returned to the production hall during colder periods, helping to reduce heating losses.

PNEUMATIC SAWDUST CONVEYING AND BIG-BAG FILLING

A separate closed-loop pneumatic conveying system includes a dedicated conveying fan, pipework, cyclone separator and jumbo-bag filling system.

AUTOMATIC FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM

The filtration unit is equipped with an automatic, thermally activated water sprinkler fire protection system.

Sprinklers are installed in the upper section of the filtration chamber, above the filter sleeves.

The sprinkler installation is continuously supplied with pressurized water and is designed to activate automatically at 74 °C, according to the manufacturer's specifications.
