1 – Transport table with cleaning device (air blast device) – here, a brush runs across the entire width of the table and removes dust residues from the workpieces.

2 – Roller coating machine No. 1

3 – Roller coating machine No. 2

4 and 5 – UV lamp with conveyor – 1 lamp irradiates from above

6 – Brushing machine Quick Wood System RO1400

7 – Venjakob spray booth – equipped with two separate circuits with pumps as well as 8 spray guns.

8, 9, 10, 11, 12 – Drying tunnel with top air supply through nozzles, with the capability to control temperature and air supply in 3 zones.

13, 14 – UV lamp with conveyor – 2 lamps positioned at an angle to the workpiece, also cure the edges.

15 – 4-roller brushing machine with separate height and speed adjustment for each roller.

16 – Outfeed table for intermediate sanding

17 – Cleaning device (air blast device) for removing light dust from the surface

18 – Venjakob spray booth – equipped with one circuit, but can be converted to a second circuit by exchanging the entire rack with pistols (a spare rack is included), and switching the pump (two pumps are included with the set).

19 – Roller conveyor, prepares items for the dryer, controlled by light barriers

20 – Dryer with 14 levels

21 – 3D UV lamps Superfici, gallium and mercury

22 (not shown in the diagram) – Outfeed table with two speed settings, adjustable to the unloading speed of the paint line.
